Maybe 25% of the people who download the broken demo actually take the time and effort to investigate the issue more thoroughly, and seek out these support forums. Let's face it, 75% of your potential customers have already given up by this point and started looking for competing software options. This is a free demo, right? But every attempt to get around the request for a key just ends up closing the program.
